24-Hour Agent services

We are pleased to announce we can officially offer 24-Hour Agent services for the Big Bear Lake area now.  If you’re a self-managed STR in Big Bear Lake we can handle code enforcement calls and only charge when you need us.

Our Guarantees

  • For our vacation rental cleans, if you are ever forced to refund the cleaning fee to a guest because of our mistakes, we will credit you double the money back you paid us for the clean.
  • If a guest complains about an issue, we will immediately fix the problem and give them a $25 gift card to rectify the issue.
  • If a guest is ever forced to wait to check in because we we’re not able to finish the clean on time, we will give them a $50 gift card to get something to eat while they wait.
  • For our weed abatement jobs, we will pay the fine if you are written a citation within 2 weeks of the job being completed.
  • All of our residential cleans are only finished when you do a walk through and are 100% satisfied with the work performed.
